- Six boneless chicken thighs
- 400 grams of peeled and chopped tomatoes
- Two anchovy fillets
- One large red onion
- One small head of garlic
- Three tablespoons of olive oil
- 75 ml red stock or wine
- One tablespoon of capers

- Two or three sprigs of fresh rosemary
