Chicken in sour cream sauce

- 0.5 kg chicken fillet
- Half a bell pepper
- 1/3 chicken seasoning
- 50 gr. cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- some salt
- 200 gr. sour cream
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- Black freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Recipe for chicken in sour cream sauce
Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken meat. We make several cuts on each chicken fillet and process the meat with spices.
Take a bell pepper and cut it into half rings.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Let's start making the chicken sour cream sauce. Peel the garlic cloves and mince them. We put all the sour cream in a bowl, add black pepper (preferably freshly ground), a little salt, chopped garlic cloves and lemon juice to it. All these components are thoroughly mixed.
We put 1 strip of pepper in the cuts made on the fillet. You can also use mushrooms or tomatoes instead of peppers.
We spread the chicken fillet on the form, pour everything with the prepared sour cream sauce and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Bake chicken in sour cream sauce for 40 minutes. The oven must be preheated to 180 degrees.
