- milk - 1 glass;
- saffron - 2 pinches;
- butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- zest of 1 lemon;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
By itself, this cooking method is quite original, but if you cook a chicken according to this recipe, it will turn out to be very tender, tasty and juicy.
Recipe for chicken in milk

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Next, salt and pepper it on both sides. Put butter in a hot frying pan and heat it up. Put the fillet on the heated oil, and fry it on each side for 4 minutes.

Next, you should take a baking dish and put peeled garlic cloves on its bottom. On them you need to lay out pieces of chicken fillet in such a way that under each piece there are 2 garlic cloves.

Pour milk into the pan in which you fried the meat. Add lemon zest and saffron to it. Bring the resulting sauce to a boil. Pour the boiled sauce over the breasts and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Periodically, you should look into the oven and pour milk-lemon sauce over the chicken fillet. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
