Chicken in almond crust
Ingredients
  • 800 gr. chicken fillet
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 100 gr. wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 200 gr. almond
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 50 ml refined sunflower oil
Mostly almonds are used in baking, but we decided to experiment a little, and we got a pretty tasty dish. The recipe for chicken in almond crumble is quite simple, it takes about 40 minutes to cook.

Recipe for chicken in almond crust

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, then salt and pepper them to taste. You can also add special spices for chicken, but this is optional.

Chop the almonds very finely.

Squeeze juice from lemons, you can also use lime juice.

Whisk chicken eggs.

Dip the chicken fillet one piece at a time in lemon juice, then roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and roll again only in chopped almonds.

Fry the chicken over medium or low heat until browned.
