First, let's make the sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat in order to avoid burning. Mix the rest of the sauce ingredients in a suitable bowl. Gradually add the slightly cooled oil and mix the resulting mass thoroughly.
Next, dip each piece of chicken into the sauce and coat thoroughly with it. This should be done with all legs.
They should be laid in a heat-resistant form, previously lubricated with oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send a baking sheet there. Roast chicken for 40 minutes until golden brown. After turning off the oven, leave the chicken in it for another 10 minutes so that it reaches.
