Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 4 onion heads
  • 250 ml natural yoghurt
  • 5-7 garlic cloves
  • Pepper and salt - to taste

Rinse the chicken pieces, pat dry with paper towels and put everything in a bowl.

Cut the onion into half rings, add it to the bowl with the chicken.

Pass the garlic cloves through a fine grater and add to the chicken in the same way.

Pour in 250 ml of yogurt, salt, pepper, and also add various spices for meat, if necessary.

Mix the contents of the bowl and send the chicken to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to marinate well. The easiest way is to prepare the chicken in the evening, it will only marinate better overnight.

We shift the pickled chicken into a mold and send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees.
