- parmesan cheese - 100 g;
- zucchini - 100 g;
- mustard - 2 tsp;
- salt - to taste.

Recipe for chicken stuffed with zucchini in the oven
The very first thing you should do. This is to prepare the stuffing for the chicken. To do this, grind almonds, parmesan and mint in a blender. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Finely grate the lemon zest. Add the zucchini and zest to the previously prepared mixture. Mix everything obtained until the mass becomes homogeneous.
Now you can start stuffing the bird. To do this, you need to gently lift the skin on the breast, and fill the resulting pockets with minced meat. This is tedious to do very carefully so as not to tear the skin. Cut the remaining lemon in half and place half inside the chicken.
Next, you should coat the chicken with a thin layer of mustard and salt. For baking, you need to put the chicken in a special bag and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 ° C until cooked.
