Recipe for rabbit in sour cream
We cut the rabbit meat into the necessary parts. If you wish, you can remove all the bones, leaving only the sirloin.
We heat the pan with oil and fry the rabbit until a crispy crust forms on all sides, after which we transfer the meat to a saucepan, preferably a thick-bottomed one.
Cut the onion and fry it in the oil in which the rabbit was fried.
We skip the carrots through a large grater.
Salt the rabbit, put the fried onion and pink pepper on top.
Put the grated carrot on top of the onion and pour everything with sour cream.
Pour 250 ml of broth or water, add marjoram and put the pan on low heat, covering it with a lid.
Stew the meat for about 1.20 on low heat, until the meat is soft enough.
In the meantime, that the rabbit is being prepared, boil the rice in salted water.
Spread the rabbit in sour cream on rice and pour quite a lot of sauce over everything.
