Shrimps with spices

Ingredients
- 24 large shrimp with head
- 2 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves 1 lemon
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 4-5 sprigs of parsley
- 150 g butter
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 3 art. l. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. l. Cajun spice blend
- 1 st. l. ground smoked paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt
Very tasty shrimp, however, it takes about 4 hours to cook them, due to the long marination.
Shrimp recipe with spices

1. Cut the lemon into thin half rings. Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic. Melt the butter in a large roaster, put all the ingredients except parsley into the butter, mix, close the lid, remove from heat and leave to marinate for 4 hours.

2. Place the chicken over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until the shrimp change color, about 6 minutes.

3. Arrange the shrimp along with the sauce on deep plates and serve immediately.
