Shrimps with cream sauce
Second courses
- 800 gr. shrimp
- 50 gr. butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 ml cream
- Salt
- Parsley
Recipe for shrimp with cream sauce
Peel and pass 2 cloves of garlic through the garlic maker. We spread the chopped garlic in a frying pan preheated with the addition of butter. Add the cream as well and bring it all to a boil.
We clean the shrimp and also put them in the pan. Mix everything well and continue to simmer the shrimp with cream for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash and chop the herbs. Sprinkle the finished shrimp with chopped parsley and mix everything again. We continue to simmer for another 3 minutes.
We put all the shrimp on a plate, and continue to cook the remaining creamy sauce until it becomes thick. When the creamy sauce becomes the consistency we need, add the shrimp to it again and cook for another 2-3 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the shrimp with sauce from the stove and put everything on a dish, garnishing with a sprig of fresh parsley.
