Recipe for beer shrimp with dor blue cheese sauce

1

Shrimps for beer should be soft, with tender pinkish meat, so we choose medium-sized shrimp. And don't forget to put the beer in the fridge.

2

Place shrimp in hot water. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper, add bay leaf. If you have a garlic maker, then crush the garlic in it, otherwise, just cut it into small pieces and throw it into the water.

3

Stir and leave for a few minutes. Now it's time for the shrimp sauce.

4

Dor Blue cheese should be cut into small pieces. Add finely chopped greens, cream, salt and two cloves of pre-crushed garlic to it.

5

Mix everything until smooth.

6

By now the shrimp should be ready. Fry them for about 5 minutes on high heat in olive oil. Try not to overcook them or the shrimp will become very tough. Once the seafood is ready, add the dill and parsley.
