Crumble with pumpkin and parmesan
Ingredients
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons liquid linden honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon spice mix (black pepper, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon)
  • For crumbly dough (crumble):
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 100 g butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Another crumble recipe, this time especially for vegetarians, with pumpkin and parmesan.

Heat the oven up to 180°C. Wash the pumpkin, remove the skin and seeds and cut into thin slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pumpkin on all sides until light golden brown. Add honey and spices and cook for 5-10 minutes, turning the slices over.

In a deep bowl, mix parmesan with flour, add salt and pepper, put butter and knead with your hands a crumbly dough.

Put the fried pumpkin in a baking dish, salt and pepper and cover with a layer of dough.

Bake the crumble for 35 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
