Crumble with mango, pineapple and ginger
Ingredients
  • 2 small pineapples
  • 1 ripe mango
  • Ginger slice approx. 2 cm
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon runny honey
  • 30 g sugar

Peel the pineapple and mango and cut into small cubes.

Peel and finely chop the ginger.

Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the prepared foods and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Pour in honey and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes - the fruit should release juice. Remove the saucepan from the fire.

Heat the oven up to 180°C. In a deep bowl, mix the oatmeal with sugar and butter and quickly knead with your hands a crumbly dough.

Put fruit with ginger on the bottom of the baking dish and cover with dough. Bake 40 min. Serve the crumble warm.
