In this recipe, you will learn how to cook classic Russian cutlets, namely Pozharsky cutlets. The main secret of this dish is the addition of butter, only when you have already fried one side of the cutlets.

To prepare good minced meat, you need to pass the veal through a meat grinder. Salt immediately.
