Ingredients
  • One whole chicken
  • 1 chicken egg
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 40 gr. parmesan cheese
  • 100 gr. onion
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 20 gr. parsley
  • 50 ml vegetable oil

Recipe for chicken cutlets with cheese

Separate meat from bones and other parts. The resulting clean meat is passed through a meat grinder, you can skip it directly with the skin.

We clean the onions, then chop them well, to simplify the chopping process, use a blender.

Mix chopped onion with minced chicken.

Add one chicken egg to the minced meat and mix.

Pepper, salt, add pre-chopped greens, as well as cheese grated on a medium grater. Mix everything well again.

From the resulting minced meat we sculpt chicken cutlets of arbitrary size, it is best to use 1 tablespoon of minced chicken for 1 cutlet.

We heat the pan with a little oil and fry our cutlets on it until cooked. You will determine the readiness of the cutlets by the appearance of a golden crust.
