- 500 gr. salmon
- 3 cm ginger
- 1 head of onion
- 1 bunch parsley, dill or cilantro
- Soy sauce - to taste
- 1 tbsp flour
- Ground black pepper
- A little vegetable oil for frying
- A few drops of sesame oil

Recipe for oriental salmon cutlets

Cut the fish into small pieces and place in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. We also clean and grind onions, herbs and ginger with a meat grinder or blender.
