Ingredients
  • Pork - 1 kg
  •  Salo - 0.5 kg
  •  Beef - 1 kg
  •  Mushrooms - 1 kg
  •  Onion - 1 kg
  •  Medium potatoes - 4 pieces
  •  Eggs - 5 pieces
  •  Baton - ½ part
  •  Milk - 1 glass
  •  Ground black pepper - to taste
  •  Cumin - to taste
  •  Salt - to taste
  •  Hard cheese for filling - 200 g
  •  Greens for the filling: dill, parsley, cilantro, celery, basil ... - 1 bunch
  •  Pitted prunes for filling - 10-12 pieces
  •  Flour for breading - as needed
  •  Oil for frying - as needed

Stale loaf cut into pieces and pour warm milk, leave to soak for 10-15 minutes. During this time, prepare minced meat.

Twist the prepared meat, lard, mushrooms, onions, potatoes in a meat grinder into a bowl.

Put the minced meat on the flour with a tablespoon, spread it a little, put a strip of cheese and a pinch of greens on it.

Close the filling in minced meat and form a cutlet, rolling it in flour.

Cutlets put in a preheated pan with oil and fry the first side over medium heat under the lid.
