- Eggs - 5 pieces
- Baton - ½ part
- Milk - 1 glass
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Cumin - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Hard cheese for filling - 200 g
- Greens for the filling: dill, parsley, cilantro, celery, basil ... - 1 bunch
- Pitted prunes for filling - 10-12 pieces
- Flour for breading - as needed
- Oil for frying - as needed
Recipe for minced meat and mushroom cutlets with cheese and herbs
Stale loaf cut into pieces and pour warm milk, leave to soak for 10-15 minutes. During this time, prepare minced meat.
Twist the prepared meat, lard, mushrooms, onions, potatoes in a meat grinder into a bowl.
Squeeze the loaf from the milk and add to the minced meat.
Add eggs, pepper, cumin, salt to minced meat and mix well.
Cut the cheese into small strips - 0.5 x1x3 cm.
Finely chop the greens.
Put the pan on the fire to warm up and during this time form a portion of cutlets.
Pour the flour into a wide plate.
Put the minced meat on the flour with a tablespoon, spread it a little, put a strip of cheese and a pinch of greens on it.
Close the filling in minced meat and form a cutlet, rolling it in flour.
Cutlets put in a preheated pan with oil and fry the first side over medium heat under the lid.
Turn the cutlets over and fry the other side without a lid until cooked through.
While the first portion of cutlets is fried, form the next one.
