Recipe for making envelopes from pita bread with pears and chocolate

1

Prepare the pears: Wash, peel and cut into thin slices. Break the chocolate (you can use special chocolate for baking), pour over the cream and melt in a water bath. Melt the butter separately.

2

Cut the pita bread into squares, about 15 centimeters each. For this, it is most convenient to use scissors. On one side, brush the square with melted butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar, repeat this procedure with each square.

3

We spread the pear slices on a square and pour over everything with chocolate and cream. Roll up the envelopes.

4

At a picnic, heat each envelope over coals for a minute on each side. It is best to cover the grill with foil.

5

Our lavash envelopes with pears and chocolate are ready to delight your family and guests!
