Canned cucumbers "Like from a barrel"
Ingredients
  • 5 kg cucumbers
  • 25 currants
  • leaves
  • 25 cherry leaves
  • 2-3 sheets of horseradish
  • 2-3 stalks of dill
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • peppercorns
  • Tarragon
  • 4 liters of water
  • 4 tbsp coarse salt
  • Carnation

Soak cucumbers in cold water for 2 hours. Arrange the leaves of cherries, currants, horseradish, a sprig of tarragon, cloves, peppercorns, garlic cloves and pre-chopped dill in jars. Then put cucumbers in jars.

Pour hot brine prepared from salt and water (not boiling) into jars and leave for three days. Banks must be placed on plates so that the juice from fermentation does not flood the floor surface. After three days, drain the brine.

Rinse the cucumbers twice without removing them from the jar. Then soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Boil the filtered brine for 15 minutes. Then fill them with cucumbers and roll up the jars.
