Strawberry puff dessert
Ingredients
  • 200 gr. frozen strawberries
  • 150 gr. powdered sugar
  • 15 gr. fast acting gelatin
  • half a lemon
This airy dessert is just a unique find for lovers of sweets. By the way, strawberries can be replaced with absolutely any other berry.

Recipe for Strawberry Puffed Dessert

Defrost strawberries. We save the juice obtained during the defrosting process, it will still be useful to us.

 Using a blender or other improvised means, we make puree from strawberries.

Add gelatin to the berries and let them swell a little more for two minutes. Now add lemon juice, powdered sugar and put on a small fire. Heat over a fire until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir all the time and make sure that the liquid does not boil.

Let the mixture cool and beat with a mixer for 5-6 minutes. In the process of whipping, the mixture should brighten, increase in volume and become much thicker.

We lay out the form in which the dessert will harden with paper, and put our mass on it. We put the form in a cool place for several hours.

When the strawberry dessert has completely hardened, turn the mold over onto a surface that was previously sprinkled with powdered sugar and get rid of the paper.

 Cut the dessert into cubes and roll again in powdered sugar.
