  • yogurt - 200 milliliters,
  • whipping cream - 400 milliliters.

1. For meringue, beat egg whites with lemon juice until foamy. Gradually add sugar to them, continuing the process of whipping for another 10 minutes.

3. For cream, puree strawberries with orange juice, set aside a little puree for decoration. In a hot bath, beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy. We introduce strawberry puree into the whipped yolks (except for the deferred).
