Ingredients
  • 200 gr. wheat flour
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sahara
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • 300 gr. sour cream
  • 70 gr. powdered sugar
  • 30 gr. wheat flour
  • Vanilla sugar
  • 30 gr. starch
  • 400 gr. fresh strawberries
Today you can buy strawberries in almost any store, but now it’s June and fresh strawberries have already appeared, it’s a sin not to take this opportunity not to cook this wonderful strawberry pie with sour cream filling.

Recipe for strawberry pie with sour cream filling

First of all, prepare the dough, for this we mix flour with butter, add vanilla and regular sugar, lemon zest and 4 tbsp. water, you can take milk.

Knead the dough from the mixed ingredients. Then we roll it out and lay it out in the form. Prick with a fork and send to the refrigerator.

Now we make the filling, for this we mix sour cream with 3 tbsp. sugar, add flour, starch, vanilla sugar sachet and vanilla pod core.

We spread the strawberries cut into 2 parts on the dough and pour everything with the resulting sour cream filling.

We send our cake to the oven for 40 minutes. The oven should already be preheated to 200 degrees.

We take out the finished strawberry pie and cool it completely, after which we sprinkle with powdered sugar.
