Chinese dumpling recipe

5) Chinese dumplings can be boiled, fried or steamed.
To fry such dumplings, pour vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, after which we spread the dumplings. It is necessary to fry for about two minutes, after which it is necessary to pour in 0.5 cups of water and cover with a lid. As soon as the water evaporates, the dumplings can be considered ready.
These dumplings are served on a cabbage leaf with soy sauce.
