Ingredients
  • ¼ pc. red onion
  • ½ tsp capers
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 slices of bread
  • ½ avocado
  • 300 gr. smoked trout (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Cut the onion into thin rings. Cut the capers into large pieces. Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Now mix onion, capers, lemon juice and olive oil in a deep bowl, salt and pepper. Leave for 10-15 minutes to soften the onion and release the juice. At this time, take slices of bread and brown them until crispy. In another bowl, add lemon zest, avocado and a little salt, grind everything into a puree.
