Quesadilla with meat
Ingredients
  • 450 gr. beef wind
  • 40 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 gr. red beans in their own juice
  • 500 gr. tomato puree
  • 1 tsp dried coriander (cilantro)
  • 30 gr. hard cheese, the usual Parmesan is quite suitable
  • 6 tortillas
  • 100 gr. onion
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 150 gr. frozen corn
  • 1 tsp jeera (cumin)
  • ½ tsp salt
Quesadilla with meat is very appetizing. A very thin crispy tortilla with a spicy meat filling will not leave anyone indifferent.

We make minced meat from beef, if you do not make a lot of minced meat, then you can use a blender, it turns out the fastest in it.

Chop the onion.

Fry the onion with the ground beef until the meat loses its reddish hue.

Now finely chop 2 chili peppers and add to the pan with minced meat.

We take corn and boiled beans and also add to the pan. For quick cooking, it is recommended to use canned beans.

Now add spices, salt and tomato puree, mix everything well and continue cooking for 5 minutes so that the excess liquid evaporates.

Take a separate frying pan and grease it with oil. Put the tortilla in the pan and sprinkle it with grated Parmesan.

Spread the meat filling in an even layer over the cheese.

On top of the meat we make another small layer of cheese and cover everything with a second tortilla.

Fry the quesadilla with meat on both sides and remove from the pan.

Cut the quesadilla into slices like a pizza and serve until cold.
