A multicooker is a hermetic system capable of maintaining a uniform baking temperature for a long time and confidently. For cupcakes, this is very important. They come out light and fluffy, but retain the desired density. In this cupcake, the main focus is the tender banana puree embedded in the dough. The result is outstanding.
