Pumpkin porridge with apples
Ingredients
  •  -3 tbsp. rice spoons
  • - 30 gr. butter
  • - a pinch of salt
  • - 500gr. pumpkins
  • - 2 apples
  • -1. Art. a spoonful of sugar
  • -2 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • - a pinch of salt
Such porridge is dietary, unlike porridge with milk and sweet. It will appeal to a child who does not like to eat ordinary cereals.

Recipe for pumpkin porridge with apples

Rinse the rice and soak in water for a while. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Rinse the apples, rub them on a coarse grater, having previously cleared the seeds. Boil pumpkin for 10 minutes with sugar. Soak the raisins in cold water for a while.

Drain the liquid from the rice and add it to the pumpkin. Put and boil over low heat for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add raisins and apples to the finished porridge, then simmer it for another 10 minutes, then put butter with honey, turn off the heat and let it brew for another 20 minutes.
