Potato pie with cheese

- 400 g potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 120 g butter
- 100 g cheese
- 300 g soft goat cheese
- 5 st. l. milk
- 7 eggs
Cheese potato pie recipe
Start cooking with the dough. To do this, sift the flour and mix it with spices. Break the cheese into small pieces, chop the butter finely. Knead it all, the dough should turn into large crumbs. Add egg and hang again. We leave the dough for half an hour in the refrigerator, and while it is infused, we need to do the filling.
Add warm milk with butter to the boiled potatoes and mash it with a fork until mashed. Add 4 eggs to it, which must first be beaten. Pepper and salt to taste. Add cheese and mix again.
Grease the baking dish with butter and lay the dough, the edges should protrude by three centimeters. On top of the dough is the filling, which must be poured with beaten eggs that remain. And wrap the edges of the dough for the filling.
Bake potato pie for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Our potato pie is ready to delight you and your family!
