Ingredients
- potatoes - up to 400 g
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- butter - 150 g
- milk - a little more than 0.5 cups
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt, ground pepper - 2 pinches each
- red fish (cold fillet) - 120 g
- salad greens
- sour cream - 4-5 tbsp.
- berry sauce (lingonberry) - 3-4 tbsp.
- sunflower oil
Potato lovers will love this recipe. Unusual salad mix in combination with berry sauce will surely impress you with its exquisite taste and color.
Recipe for making potato pancakes

1. Wash vegetables thoroughly under running water.

2. Peel the potatoes and grate on a medium grater into a large bowl. Add egg, flour, milk. Mix everything, salt and mix again.

3. The resulting potato mass must be rolled into pancakes and fried over low heat in a pan with sunflower oil.

6. Put the pancakes on a napkin to remove excess oil.

7. Serving: put a salad mix on each pancake and put pieces of salmon on top.

8. Serve sour cream and sauce with the finished dish.
