Ingredients
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 40 gr. butter
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 40 gr. wheat flour
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
Potato cutlets are a great variety for your table. The recipe for these cutlets is surprisingly simple and does not take much time, only 40 minutes.

First of all, you need to thoroughly wash and then peel the potatoes.

Immerse the peeled potatoes in salted water and cook until soft.

When the potatoes are ready, drain the water from them and add a piece of butter to the pan.

While the potatoes have not cooled down, knead them together with butter to get a completely homogeneous mass without lumps.

Now we break chicken eggs into potatoes, we also add 1.5 tbsp. flour and mix well.

We make cutlets from potato dough and put them on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.

Cutlets are cooked over medium heat until they acquire a golden crust. As soon as the same crust appears, we turn our cutlets over to the other side.
