Ingredients
  • Potatoes - 500 gr. (3-4 pieces)
  • Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 small head
  • Whole grain flour - 2 tbsp.
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Sour cream - 50 gr.
  • Mushrooms - 500 gr.
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Greens - to taste

First, soak the onion in cold water. Next, wash and cut the potatoes and mushrooms. Grate the onion on a coarse grater, then potatoes, juice, if necessary, drain into the sink. Potatoes and onions - mix, add the egg and sour cream and mix again. And put a mass on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil with a spoon. Fry the slices on both sides.

The sauce will add flavor! Fry onions and mushrooms in a pan, salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream or cream and garlic. Bring to a boil and let it brew.

Serve potato pancakes drizzled with sauce and garnished with herbs.
