- water (warm) - 170 g
- yeast (dry) - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- granulated sugar - 1 tsp
- sun-dried tomatoes, Provence herbs - to taste
- salt - 1 pinch
Recipe for Potato Pizza with Dried Tomatoes
1. Dough: flour, yeast, salt, sugar are mixed in a deep bowl. Then warm water and olive oil are poured in. The dough is kneaded and left in a warm place for about 1 hour.
It is recommended to knead the dough several times within an hour.
2. Dried tomatoes are cut.
3. The dough is rolled out, the potatoes are rubbed on top.

4. Next, tomatoes are laid out on the pizza, seasoned with salt, pepper, various herbs (a mixture of Provence herbs is proposed in the recipe). Everything is sprinkled with olive oil and baked for 15-20 minutes, at 230 degrees until done.
