- avocado fruit (choose softer) - 0.015 kg
- salad (mix) - 0.05 kg
- cherry tomato - 0.01 kg
- sesame (you can mix white and black) - 0.03 kg
- olive oil - 30 g
- soy sauce - 10 g
- lyomne juice - 1 tsp
- parmesan - 150 g (approximately)
recipe for tuna carpaccio
1. Wash vegetables thoroughly.
2. Cut the fish into thin slices.
3. Prepare the sauce: mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
4. Serve the dish: pour the sauce onto a serving plate, lay the fish slices on top. Sprinkle the edges with sesame seeds. And in the center you can just rub the cheese.
If time permits, prepare a Parmesan basket. Guests will be amazed! To do this: three cheese, spread parchment in a baking dish. We fill everything tightly with cheese and bake at 180 degrees. until the cheese starts to melt. We take out the cheese sheet, let it cool a little, then put it on something convex and round. So the basket will harden and you just have to carefully remove it from the mold
5. Put finely chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes and salad mix into the basket. Sprinkle some lemon juice and olive oil on top.
