- one tomato
- One purple onion

This recipe for Italian mushroom carpaccio is very simple. It is very fast and light.
Mushroom carpaccio recipe

Wash the mushrooms, dry with dry napkins and peel off the top layer.

Cut mushrooms into thin slices.
