  • 200 grams boiled pasta
  • 2 yolks
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 100 grams 10% cream
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 1 garlic clove
You can cook this Italian dish with both spaghetti and tagliatelle. Pasta must be boiled in advance so that when the sauce is ready, they can be immediately combined. Cheese must be used only parmesan, as only it can give the dish the necessary taste.

To prepare the sauce, beat the egg yolks until foamy in a suitable bowl. Pour in the cream and mix the two liquids thoroughly until smooth. Divide the grated cheese into 2 parts, send one of which to a bowl with eggs and milk.

Fry the sliced ​​bacon on both sides in a heated frying pan. For a spicy taste, add garlic to it. Pour the prepared sauce over the fried crispy bacon, mix everything thoroughly and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly. When the sauce thickens slightly, add the boiled pasta and stir.
