Recipe for carp fried with onions
Peel crucian carp from scales, gut, clean the black film from the abdominal cavity well, salt, put a frying pan with oil on the fire to warm up.
Pour the flour on a shallow, wide plate and bread the prepared fish in it on both sides.
Fry the fish over medium heat on both sides until a crispy skin forms.
Everything is very simple - the dish is ready!
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, salt well and knead lightly.
