Turkish caramel coffee
Ingredients
  • 20 gr. granulated sugar
  • 10 gr. ground coffee
  • 1 cinnamon stick
A peculiar coffee recipe that diversifies the taste familiar to everyone. Sugar must be added according to your taste, approximately 2 times more than the usual norm. If you do not like black coffee, then you can safely prepare coffee with the addition of milk according to the same recipe.

Pour sugar into the Turk and put it on a small fire.

We wait until the granulated sugar melts and acquires a brownish tint, somewhat reminiscent of caramel. Do not let the caramel burn, in which case the drink will turn out bitter.

When the caramel becomes the desired color, pour 200 ml of water into the cezve and put 1 cinnamon stick.

Bring the liquid to a boil, remove the cinnamon and pour in the coffee. Mix everything well with quick movements, making sure that the water does not boil, and remove from heat.

Pour hot coffee into cups and serve.
