Cabbage cutlets with nuts
Ingredients
  • 1 egg, 3/4 tbsp. oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped almonds
  • 1 mushroom bouillon cube
  • 1 bunch of herbs to taste
  • Rye flour
  • Vegetable oil
Cabbage cutlets with nuts are very tasty and healthy, and most importantly original!

Cut the cabbage, put it in a blender bowl, chop, but not to the consistency of mashed potatoes. Add bouillon cube and some water. Simmer over low heat until done. Cool until warm.

Add the egg, cereal, almonds, and chopped greens to the cabbage. Mix everything, if the mass is a little watery, add a little flour.

Form cutlets from the resulting mass, breaded in flour, fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
