Ingredients
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 150 g fat sour cream
  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 g chopped nuts (pecans, hazelnuts, pistachios)
  • 30 g dried cranberries
  • a pinch of salt
  • 350 g cream (33%)
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa
  • 50 g sugar
  • handful of roasted nuts
  • nutella
What could be better than waking up in the morning to smell the aroma of freshly baked cupcakes? This day promises to be special! It doesn't matter if it's cupcakes or muffins. Any delicacy will sound in a new way and will reveal all the nuances of its taste if it is accompanied by sweet cream! You can make your own or simply add nutella®. Let every morning in your home begin with a holiday!

Sift flour, mix with baking powder, salt and sugar. Whisk eggs together with sour cream, add melted butter, nuts, cranberries and mix well. Add flour, mix to make a smooth homogeneous dough.

Spread the dough into 3/4 volume greased molds and place in preheated to 190 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven, cool.

Whip the cold cream with sugar and cocoa into a fluffy mass and arrange in pastry bags. Place in the refrigerator to let the cream harden slightly.

Spread cream or a spoonful of nutella on the cooled cupcakes, garnish with nuts, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
