Canape of marinated salmon, zucchini and apple
Ingredients
  • 400 g boneless Norwegian salmon (belly)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 green apple
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 50 g feta or creamy horseradish
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • handful of watercress
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 ml dry cider
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • 50 g dill
The belly is the fattest part of the fish. It's just so hard to eat it, but it's a pity to throw it away. It has everything that is necessary for the development of the intellect, it is not for nothing that schoolchildren were once almost force-fed with fish oil. Adults also need to prescribe fish oil as a medicine in order to avoid problems with the heart and blood vessels. Moreover, it is in our power to sweeten the pill - a sour apple and a fresh cucumber easily remove an unpleasant fatty aftertaste and, moreover, make their contribution to the treasury of vitamins.

Recipe for marinated salmon, zucchini and apple canape

Cut the belly of the salmon into small slices, combine with salt, sugar, cider, chopped dill. Mix everything and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Zucchini and apple cut into thin slices, salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the cucumber into slices. Break the feta into small pieces with a fork.

Place an apple, salmon, zucchini on a cucumber slice, chop with a skewer. Serve the finished appetizer with pieces of feta or horseradish, garnished with watercress.
