- Cook and cool rice to room temperature
- Pack cooked rice in bags, it is advisable to use vacuum bags or expel as much air from the bag as possible.
- To freeze the rice, place it in the freezer. It is advisable not to store frozen rice for more than 3 months. When defrosting rice, you need to remove it from the bag on a plate, pour it with 1 tbsp. spoon of water and heat portions in the microwave for 3-5 minutes (on readiness).
One cup of uncooked rice when cooked will yield 3 cups of cooked rice. When cooking, 1 cup of rice is poured with 2 cups of water, the ratio of rice to water is 1:2.
