Recipe for zucchini stuffed with goat cheese and salmon
1
Wash the zucchini, divide each in half and carefully clean the middle with a tablespoon - young zucchini have a very delicate skin, so you need to do this very carefully.
2
Cut the salmon into small pieces and fry it in hot olive oil. The frying time should not exceed 5 minutes, otherwise the fish will dry out. Put the finished fish and heat the goat cheese, basil and spices in the same pan, do not forget to stir thoroughly so that the cheese mass does not burn.
3
On a greased baking sheet, lay the zucchini rugs, fried salmon and cheese mass on top. Send the blanks to the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees. Rice and a salad of fresh vegetables are perfect as a side dish for zucchini.
