Yogurt casserole with cherries
Ingredients
  • 200 g pitted cherries
  • 100 g natural yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sahara
  • 35 g butter at room temperature
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • powdered sugar - for serving

1. Lubricate the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with flour.

2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks.

3. Beat butter with sugar. Add egg yolks, lemon juice and yogurt, mix.

4. Mix flour with 1 tsp. starch. Pour into the creamy yolk mixture, mix until smooth. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites and mix.

5. Sprinkle berries with starch.

6. Put a part of the cherry into the mold, then lay out the dough. Lay the rest of the berries on top.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

8. When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
