Ingredients
  • Half of a watermelon, remove the pits from the watermelon and cut into pieces
  • Two whole lemons or limes
  • Sugar - 1/3 cup

Put half the sugar, half the lime juice, half the watermelon into a blender, blend until smooth, then pour into a separate bowl.

Do exactly the same with the other half of the ingredients.

Next, pour the mixture into a fairly large baking dish. Put in the freezer for two to three hours, then scrape off the frozen layer on top, then put it back in the freezer and repeat the process, do this until the whole mixture is finished.
