Italian crostini sandwiches
Snacks
- smoked salmon
- fresh baguette
- Fresh mozzarella cheese
- One tablespoon of olive oil
- One teaspoon of honey
- Two teaspoons of soy sauce
- One teaspoon garlic powder
- Two tablespoons of green onions
- 20 baguette slices (slices should be the same thickness)
- Olive oil
- two cloves of garlic
- One baked eggplant
- Three stalks of chopped green onions
- 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into small cubes
- 100 grams Roquefort cheese
- 50 grams of grated parmesan
- Coarse salt and olives
Italian crostini sandwich recipe
Slice the baguette and brush with olive oil. Then fry until crispy in the oven.
Next, lay a slice of salmon and mozzarella on each piece of baguette.
Mix garlic powder, soy sauce and honey in a bowl.
Sprinkle the resulting mixture on each sandwich, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease the baguette pieces with a little olive oil, then fry in the oven until slightly golden hue for ten minutes.
Cut a garlic clove in half and rub the slices with it, then put a little bit of baked eggplant on each slice.
Toss the tomatoes and green onions with the cheeses. Before serving, spread a full teaspoon of the prepared mixture on each slice of bread, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with an olive and serve immediately.
