Italian crostini sandwiches
Ingredients
  • smoked salmon
  • fresh baguette
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • One tablespoon of olive oil
  • One teaspoon of honey
  • Two teaspoons of soy sauce
  • One teaspoon garlic powder
  • Two tablespoons of green onions
  • 20 baguette slices (slices should be the same thickness)
  • Olive oil
  • two cloves of garlic
  • One baked eggplant
  • Three stalks of chopped green onions
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams Roquefort cheese
  • 50 grams of grated parmesan
  • Coarse salt and olives
One of the most amazing Mediterranean dishes is Italian crostini sandwiches. Crostini is made with different fillings and the most important thing in these small sandwiches with any juicy filling is a crispy slice of baguette.

Slice the baguette and brush with olive oil. Then fry until crispy in the oven.

Next, lay a slice of salmon and mozzarella on each piece of baguette.

Mix garlic powder, soy sauce and honey in a bowl.

Sprinkle the resulting mixture on each sandwich, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, grease the baguette pieces with a little olive oil, then fry in the oven until slightly golden hue for ten minutes.

Cut a garlic clove in half and rub the slices with it, then put a little bit of baked eggplant on each slice.

Toss the tomatoes and green onions with the cheeses. Before serving, spread a full teaspoon of the prepared mixture on each slice of bread, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with an olive and serve immediately.
