Ingredients
  • Fresh ginger - 120 grams
  • Lemon - 2-3 pcs.
  • Cane sugar - 4 tbsp.
  • Carbonated mineral water - 1 liter
  • Mint - to taste
  • Ice - as needed
I want to say right away that this drink has only a name from beer. It is completely non-alcoholic and does not even come close to beer in taste. Even its color is not the same as that of beer, and the liquid itself is cloudy. Therefore, the beer name remains a mystery to me in the future.

1. Remove the skin from the ginger root, you can leave a little for piquancy. Ginger rub on a coarse grater, add sugar and mix.

I didn’t have cane sugar, but it turned out delicious with regular white too. The fresher the ginger, the more juice it will release and the more pungent the taste will be.

2. Remove the zest from the lemons and squeeze out the juice. Mix with ginger and rub into a homogeneous mass.

We used two lemons and the acid tasted just fine.

3. Fill the mixture with mineral water and let it brew for at least 10 minutes. Strain beer, add ice and mint.

We made this drink twice and each time there was no regular mineral water. Once added tonic, and it turned out very tasty. We tried again with Shayan water, but I do not advise you this option.
