Ingredients

- 2.5 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cloves of garlic
Vegetable caviar is an excellent autumn appetizer that can not only be eaten with fresh bread, but can also be preserved for the winter.
