Mushroom pie with sour cream and cheese
Ingredients
  • Ready puff pastry - 250 gr.
  • Fresh mushrooms - 100 gr.
  • Onion - 1 small head
  • Fatty sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Thyme - 1/3 tsp
In the season of mushrooms, you should definitely cook such a pie with sour cream and cheese - it's very tasty!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, no more than 5 mm thick. Pierce the dough all over with a fork.

Wash the mushrooms well. Cut large mushrooms, small ones can be left whole.

Onion cut into thin half rings.

Add grated cheese, sour cream, thyme, pepper and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and spread on the dough, leaving a little space around the edges (~ 3 cm).

We send the mushroom pie to the oven for 30 minutes.

Cool the finished cake to room temperature, cut it into pieces and serve.
