Ingredients
  • 100 g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 3-4 pickles (300 g)
  • 1 onion (100 g)
  • 1/2 hot pepper
  • 1 st. l. vegetable oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Mushrooms fill with water. After half an hour, drain the water and rinse the mushrooms. Chop large mushrooms. Put in a saucepan, pour 2 liters of boiling water and cook at a slow boil for 40 minutes.

Peel cucumbers (optional), cut into strips or cubes.

Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add cucumbers and sweat them with onions in a pan for about 15 minutes.

Transfer the contents of the pan to a saucepan with mushrooms, add finely chopped hot pepper without seeds and cook everything together for another 15 minutes. on slow fire. Salt and pepper.

Pour the prepared mushroom kalya into plates, season with sour cream and fresh herbs to taste.
