- 300 gr. buckwheat
- 400 gr. cottage cheese
- 3 chicken eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

Recipe for buckwheat casserole with cottage cheese
The first step is to prepare crumbly buckwheat porridge, for this we boil water, add salt and pour cereal into it. Cook the porridge for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let the cooked porridge cool down a bit.
In the meantime, beat 2 chicken eggs, add 2 tablespoons to them. sour cream and beat everything with a mixer. Add cottage cheese to seven and mix everything thoroughly until a completely homogeneous mass is obtained.
We combine the resulting curd mass with buckwheat and mix everything.
We spread the resulting mass in a form greased with oil. Lubricate the buckwheat casserole with a mixture of chicken eggs and two tablespoons of sour cream.
We send the casserole to the oven and cook until golden brown at a temperature of 200 degrees, usually it takes about 35 minutes.
